RE: Zircon
Industries, Inc.
Dear Mr.
Patel:
I have
recently learned about your interest concerning Zircon Industries.
Let me
give you a brief history of this Departments relationship
with Zircon. There are a few points which I feel bear enumerating.
As the City of New York Department of Environmental Protection
we are constantly looking forward, researching the latest
in technology to better provide such a vital service. In such
a large municipality as New York, products are required to
work under the most extreme conditions and at great volume.
Zircon has been an instrumental force in helping to provide
product that help us achieve our goal.
We have
purchased Zircon products since 1991 and their Technical,
Sales and Support Staff are considered one of the best in
the industry.
Since
the early 90's our Sewer Maintenance Division has been using
GTD-700 as a routine enzyme for all NYC Sewers. This product
has always performed extremely well under such harsh conditions
reducing grease build-up and preventing costly sewer back-ups.
We have
recently worked with Syd Zinamon and the Technical Staff on
a chronic problem concerning some extremely difficult sewer
back-ups requiring a liquid degreaser. The heavy grease volume
in our restaurant area continue to pose a problem for any
product on the market. Unique to NYC, such a large concentration
of restaurant in such a small area provide the perfect testing
ground for degreasing products.
Zircon
has provided a product which eliminated the chronic grease
build-up, a liquid emulsifier (Super Orange Degreaser) which
has become part of our standard specification. This product
reacts extremely quick - saving manpower time and efforts
to concentrate on other issues.
Towards
this end, I can only say that Zircon Industries will provide
you with the product and technical staff that will allow you
to accomplish your goals.
If you
have any questions you would like to ask, please don't hesitate
to call.
Sincerely,
Vito M.
